Please show video how to open/disassemble, and install/attach/assemble SA540 Polarized AC Plug. I tried attaching one, and couldn't get yellow "Remove" piece to fit back in place. It seems that once wires are attached, the blades won't fully seat.

What does the back look like? (Where the cord goes in. Square? Round?
The plug is rated for use with 18/2 SPT, SV to 16/2 SJ round cord, .320" diameter max.

How do you open it to connect the wires
You could use a small flat blade screwdriver to gently push out the yellow insert from where the wires would enter the plug. Once it's apart, you could wire it up and then reassemble it.
