Is the watt stopper DT -355 suitable for damp locations? ? If not is there a model availability that is ?
No, the DT-355 is not suitable for damp locations. Please see the cutsheet for the HB30xW series sensors @ https://www.legrand.us/search/?text=HB3x0W. These are the sensors we do offer for wet locations.

Is the DT-355 compatible with Lutron Homeworks when using a QSE-IO Interface?
The DT-355 is simply a line voltage, dual-technology occupancy sensor.
You would need to contact Lutron to review their system requirements.

Are either sensors replaceable?
the actual PIR and/or Ultrasonic sensors within the DT-355 are not field replaceable. If the sensor(s) have been damaged, the entire DT-355 would have to be replaced.

Can you wire them together like the low voltage sensors

Multiple sensors can be wired in parallel. Please refer to the installation instructions for wiring diagram.

Is there an ambient temperature rating for the DT355? Have a customer looking for a cold temperature rated line voltage ceiling sensor. Not outdoors.

Can a switch or relay be added to keep these on during working hours and back to normal when after working hours?
Hi Jeff,
Sorry no, this sensor does not allow for work hours/night control. For more advanced sensor timing control you might want to consider the DLM line of products where this is achievable.
