The LMIO-301 photocell input module is an accessory for a networked Digital Lighting Management (DLM) installation that allows an LMSM segment manager or LMCP panel to read ambient light levels for use in controlling exterior lighting or interior lighting installed in brightly daylit spaces such as atriums. The LMIO-301 works in conjunction with either the LMPO-200 exterior or LMPS-6000 skylight low voltage photocell heads.

Questions & Answers

Does the LMIN 104 require to be ran to it's own LMBC 300 bridge or can you connect a cat 5 cable from the LMIN to an existing bridge?

Asked by: Lilla
If you are using an LMIN-104 with an LMPO-200 and an LMRC room controller, an LMBC-300 bridge would be required. However, if the existing controller already has a bridge connected, no additional bridge is needed. On the other hand, if you are connecting the LMIN-104 to an LMCP lighting panel, the panel already includes an integrated bridge, so a separate bridge would not be necessary in that case.
