How do I switch from manual mode to a program. I just installed it and setup the program but on the bottom left it says manual even though I turned on a program

My switch turns the lights on with the program but never turns the lights off. I've tried every option for lights off, but it just does not trigger the off command. How can I fix this?

Is this timer suitable for 120v LED lighting?

Wattstopper a few questions: 1.- is the RT-200-XX available for use outdoors. What can be done to do this ( weatherproofing etc.) 2- Can it be made available for use inside a control panel. What fittings/accessories are needed to do this ?
The RT-200 is designed for indoor use.
If you temperature outside stays within the range 32˚ to 131˚ F it is possible a waterproof box with rubber cover could be considered but it is not recommended. We are not clear what is meant by “use inside a control panel”, the switch is designed to mount in a single gang wall box.
