What is the alternative product for Digital Audio Bluetooth Receiver (AU7100-XX) .

We do not have an alternative/replacement for the AU7100, the best we recommend is to attach a Bluetooh receiver to the Global/Local source's 3.5mm jack and connect your Bluetooth enabled audio device to the receiver.

Can I pair an AU7100-wh with an amazon echo dot?

The OnQ Digital Audio system does not integrate with Amazon Alexa. For a system that integrates well with Alexa, reach out to your local Audio/Video installer and ask about the Nuvo Player Portfolio series Whole-Home audio system.
