Infinium Uniboot cords utilize reconfigurable LC Uniboot connectors, combining the convenience of a single connector shell with the ability to change polarity in the field.

The uniboot utilizes a single cable containing both fibers, reducing the overall number of fiber cables and cable density. Ideal for high-density fiber patching in data centers.

Infinium Ultra Uniboot Fiber Patch Cords are built to exceed industry standards for quality, performance, insertion and return loss

Features

  • Improved Density: The MDCs connector design has a dramatically reduced ferrule pitch from duplex LC connectors, allowing for up to 3 times greater density than LC. Reduces the overall number of fiber cables and cable density.
  • Simple installation/removal: The push-pull release boot offers 1.5 inches of finger space for easy removal, cutting removal times by 60%. The single connector with duplex ferrules simplifies installation, reducing insertion times by over 40%.
  • Quick Polarity Swap: Simply pull the boot away from the connector down the cord jacketing, rotate the boot 180 degrees and slide it back into place. No tools or exposed fibers, just quick and easy polarity swaps
  • Compatible with Infinium acclAIM: MDC Patch Cords work with this leading pre-terminated fiber solution, allowing Direct Mating Breakout and eliminating pin or polarity issues, while offering the lowest optical loss from pre-terminated fibers.

Hello, It sounds like we have three separate power packs, we can use one power packs red/blue/black and the other two packs we will cap the red 24v off and in parallel connect the blues and blacks.

Are these occupancy sensors exterior rated? If not, what occupancy sensors are?

Asked by: Enrica Cotellessa
The Wattstopper CI-305 is not exterior rated. For outdoor applications, I recommend looking into the FSP line of sensors, which are designed for outdoor use.

I have 3 occupancy sensors that do seem to shut off the lights when unoccupied. I see the red and green light flickering meaning we clearly have power.

Asked by: Serge St Pierre
The red and green are activity LEDs for the sensors, if the LEDs continue to flash when you stand still, then the sensor is likely false tripping. I suggest to start with placement, assure all sensors are 5-6' away from air supplies this is common to false trip the sensors causing lights to either stay ON or OFF.
