I have a number of these installed for future use and I am missing the screws to attach the covers. Where can I get these or is there a specific size I can buy at a local hardware store.

Those screws are #8-32 X 5/16, PAN HD, PHILLIPS, TAPTITE STYLE THREAD.

Will this box be designed to work in the ambient temperature range of 3-24°C with often lots of moisture in the air? We are installing two interface plates in the box and need to protect these plates from moisture.

Can the EFSB4 be installed in CMU walls? If not, is there an equivalent product offered for this type of installation?

The EFSB4 is intended for installation in 2 x 4 framed walls with drywall. We don't have a flush wall box specifically designed for CMU walls.

Can the box be installed an used with out the trim ring installed?

To cover the rough edge where the cut is made in the wall, the trim ring should be installed. However, the cover is optional.

Is there a Fire rating to this enclosure
Hello-
Unfortunately the Evolution wall box is not UL listed or approved for installation in fire rated wall construction. None of our wall boxes are fire rated.
