What is the model # for the master switch required to use the 4 scene switch on the same circuit?
The ASTH155RMW1(master switch) or ADTH700RMTUW1(master dimmer) can be programmed to the scene controller. You would also need the LC7001 hub to be able to program the controller using the Lighting Control App.

Does this switch need a Master Switch to operate in different locations?
Yes, this is a scene controller that has to have masters(1-99) installed to operate. The scenes would be setup through the Lighting Control app and the LC7001 hub is required for connection to the app.

Does this allow 4 scenes for each room? If I install a scene controller in another room will I be able to control 4 more scenes or only a total of 4 scenes for the entire house can be controlled no matter how many controllers are installed in the home?
You can have multiple scene controllers in the house or in a room. You can assign any scenes you want to any of the controllers. They are fully assignable and one does not affect the other, except if you assign the same scene to multiple controllers then the state of the scene will be reflected on each controller that has that scene.

Does this TOUCH™ WI-FI READY SCENE CONTROLLER act as a dimmer for a specific light as well a the scene controller? Or is its only purpose as a scene controller? I ask because it has dimmer-looking controls on the right.
The WI-FI READY SCENE CONTROLLER can act as a dimmer for the scene. You can dim the lights associated with a certain scene but it wont control one individual light unless the one light is the only one on the scene.
