Wrong description on website, not tru-universal
I needed a tru-universal dimmer for a new light fixture I bought. Lighting store recommended Legrand and indicated I had to make sure it was ELV compatible, as all tru-universal dimmers are. Description on Legrand website mentioned this was tru-universal, compatible with ELV, MLV, halogen, LED, incandescent. Installed the dimmer, and got horrible buzzing sounds. Looked at the package and saw that this is not the tru-universal dimmer but an incandescent/halogen only. Don't waste your time and money. You need part RH703PTU. Anything without "TU" is not tru-universal. Legrand's website is wrong for the white switch (RH703PW) and the tri-color switch (RH703PTC)

Excellent product choice
I chose to use the legrand style switches and plugs in my remodeling project. I am so glad I did because everyone really likes how they look and they add such elegance and style to the kitchen, dining room, & bathroom.

Perfect upgrade for on/off switch
Used these to upgrade on/off contractor-grade switches. Simple install, and *bonus* can be easily wired as either single pole or 3-way. Another plus is that although it needs the Radiant screwless wallplate, that plate will accommodate an older style switch if in a 2-gang plate so you don't have to change both switches (unlike Lutron's, which requires ALL switches to be changed in a multi-gang screwless wall plate). The led *LOCATOR LIGHT* is perfect for locating the switch in the dark and looks very classy (YES it's a locator light, NOT a night light, people who complain about that should read the description and buy the Legrand nightlight switch). Only downside is that it doesn't work with LED bulbs (produces flickering), but cheaper to change the bulb than upgrade the dimmer to led-compatible. Overall very happy with this Legrand dimmer.

My go to switch when quality matters.
They lowest defect switch in the market and the various wire install options provide flexibility and speed of installation.

Questions & Answers
Does this switch require a neutral?
Thank you for your inquiry. The radiant, incandescent dimmer (RH703PTCCV6) does not require a neutral.

How do I adjust the bottom end of the dimmer switch so the lights don't flicker?
That intermittently happens when using non-dimmable LED bulbs. Sliding the dimmer up to full and then slowly decreasing it to minimum usually fixes the problem.

Can I control any of these 3-way switches with a smart hub?
The LC2101 is the dimmer that connects to our LC7001 Lighting Control Hub.
Pair that with the LC2103 RF Remote dimmer for 3-way capability.
If you need a Switch instead of a dimmer, use the LC2201 switch and the LC2203 dimmer.
Please feel free to reach out to Technical Support if you have more specific questions about Legrand's RFLC whole-house lighting system.

I have these RH703P's installed in the house. Is it possible to adjust the low end of the dimmer? I'd like to get some of them a little darker.
Thank you for your question regarding Radiant dimmer(Model # RH703P).
This dimmer is designed for Incandescent/Halogen bulbs only so it does not have any low end trim adjustments available.
