With its twist on classic up-and-down switch control, this modern light switch lets you turn lights on and off with ease. Use the 15A paddle switch on its own to control a light or fixture from a single location, or pair with a second switch to control a single light source from two locations (3-way control).

This switch* features enduring Microban® antimicrobial technology that works to reduce the growth of bacteria, around the clock, for the lifespan of the product.

* Existing inventory of switches, dimmers and plastic wall plates from the adorne® Collection at some partner locations may not yet include Microban® protection. To confirm that a specific Legrand product is protected with Microban®, check that the exterior of the product packaging includes a green dot or a "Protected with Microban" label.

Made exclusively for use with screwless Wall Plates from the adorne® Collection, sold separately.

No antimicrobial efficacy claims are being made or are valid with respect to products sold in Canada.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy I don’t know how to do anything electrical, but this paddle switch was so easy to install! I went straight off the directions. As a plus, it’s very stylish and modern. The switch works well, as well. Would definitely recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Switch These are a great take on the paddle switch concept. The switch is wider than your standard decora-style paddle which makes it easier to target with less focus, and the mechanical actuation has a deep click that is more solid and satisfying than the flimsier feel of other paddles. This switch is not as tall which means that slightly more force is required to actuate it, but for me this is not problematic and contributes to the solid feel. The gloss finish looks good and cleans nicely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool switch with different look This switch has a cool, different look to it without being so far out of left field that it look bizarre on the wall and out of place. This was an easy install and similarly is a very easy on / off. Kinda cool, just something a little different.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great modern update We are slowly replacing all of our wall plates and switches in our home with Adorne. Beautiful look, many color choices and the support staff is so helpful if you need to call. It's really not hard to replace existing switches and outlets if you know basic principles of electricity

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works and looks great! I just installed this in my 14 month olds room and it looks and works great! So nice being able to dim the lights for story time before bed. Good feel to the switch and it's easy to find the right level of light I want. Would definitely recommend.

Questions & Answers

Does the white on the switch match the powder white or gloss white?

Asked by: mich
We wound up using powder white, but the switch has a little bit of a sheen to it. Glossy might work fine also, but we really like the look of powder white with the switch.  I was hoping I could put a picture of the switch and backplate in here for you, but I don’t see that as an option. Reply with your email, and I’m happy to send it to you directly. Blessings.

Asked by: ron

Can I use the paddle switch operate garbage disposal so that when I release it turns off?

Asked by: Sam
Hello Sam, The adorne paddle switch, when engaged at the top, will turn the load on and when engaged at the bottom of the switch will turn the load off. At this time, we do not have a momentary adorne paddle switch. Best Regards, Technical Support

How can this(normal non-smart Adorne) be wired in 3-way between switches, meaning the main is wired only to the switch box and only 14/2 is going from the switch box to the light. A 14/3 is wired to the 2nd switch from the first.

can this be used on any light fixture, LED, incandescent, etc? is it only when there is a dimmer that it needs to be compatible? thanks!

Asked by: juliafoolia
We converted our entire house over to the paddle switches for all lighting, most of it LED but a couple of the older flourescent tube and plain vanilla filament lightbulbs.  They work fine with all of them...   We have had no problems at all.  Make sure you get the matching face plates along with the switches.

Does this switch work with a bathroom exhaust fan (to control fan and light at the same time)?

Asked by: Justin
Yes, this would work in that application. Please consult your fan's documentation for instructions on how to tie the light and fan to a single load conductor from the switch.
