An Easy Upgrade To You Old Outlet
The Radiant 15A Tamper Resistant Ultra is an efficient device to upgrade your outdated outlet. The product is extremely well made and comes with two type USB outlets built into it. The install was fast and in less than five minutes I was up and running. Having the USB ability makes it easier to charge my various charging devices.

Outlet doesn’t last long…
If you use a high draw item in the outlets (something that’s still within the devices limits) for extended periods of time, (like a heated blanket) the usb ports will fail. Support has been kind enough to replace the defective units, but it’s wasteful and annoying to need to replace them so often due to cheap/inferior build quality.

Excellent Power Delivery (PD) Outlet
Works as expected! Great product! If you have Apple Devices make sure you buy “Power Delivery (PD)” compatible USB-C devices otherwise they won’t charge at full speed. All “fast chargers” are not equal. I wish Legrand had a GFCI with USB-C Power Delivery. At the time of this writing they do not have a Power Delivery (PD)” GFCI. Thanks!

Just buy it, it’s fast!
Fast charging! Make sure you use fast charging cable with it and it will be an easy way to charge your phone etc.
One tip with kids is to buy a shorter cable, 1 foot long for instance, and that way it won’t walk away if you have kids that charge their devices! ;)
The family loves it, go ahead and buy it and you will be impressed with Legrand’s quality!

I use my outlet with two USB C ports frequently. I tried plugging in two devices (Anker portable chargers), and started to get flashing LEDs - both green. What does this mean?

How bright are the LED indicators? Can they be turned off?

Can it charge 2 devices at 30 watts at the same time? Or will the outlet split the watts 15w and 15w for each devices?
The available power delivery profiles for a single device are: 5V/3A (15W), 9V/3A (27W), or 15V/2A (30W).
When two devices are connected, the power at each USB-C port defaults to 5V/3A max (15W each; total 30W).

DoesThe transformer shuts down wen not in use?
The power supply is "EcoSmart" and energy efficient. It does go into a "sleep" mode when not in use.
