Just plug in and download app, very easy to connect to the network and very easy to use app. We have been using this to control our outdoor lighting by setting up a auto schedule or using app to turn on/off. Love that I can have them turn on and off automatically especially when I am away. Also great for holiday lights, no need to go outside to turn lights on and off anymore. Exactly what I have been looking for to control my lighting.

The app was easy to install and setup, and connect with the device, you just use the app to scan the QR code with the device and it does the rest, quick and easy. I really like that this outlet has three separate outlets on it so I can connect, and control independently, three separate devices. Being able to control my devices from my smartphone instead of having to go outside to control them is a huge convenience, and depending on conditions, a safety factor! I have not had any issues with the app not being able to control my devices, and the outlet so far has not had any issues disconnecting from my wifi. I also like that I can connect this outlet to Alexa and control it through her if I don't want to or can't get to my smartphone to control. I definitely recommend this to everyone!

Justin, I see there are three outlet tails on this, how do you tie this into wall outlets for control? I am having an issue figuring out how to connect my outdoor rated Radiant outlets to the indoor Adorne Netatmo wifi system so I can control the outdoors

Hello Michael 44, The radiant Smart Lights device (WWP30CCV2) requires programming through the Smart Lights application. Regrettably, the adorne with Netatmo system isn't directly compatible with the Smart Lights system. Consequently, you'll need to manage each system separately using their respective applications. Can I use this with the Radiant Outdoor outlet or does it need to be a smart outlet?

How can I reset this product back to default?

If GFCI tripped, is it possible to reset it from cell phone through wifi ?

A GFCI trip indicates an issue with the load connected to the GFCI and should be inspected before resetting the GFCI. Therefore no provision for remote resetting is provided or advised.
