Can lights plugged into the modular track be controlled via a standard wall switch placed elsewhere in the room? Or must they be controlled via under cabinet switches?

A wall switch or dimmer can be wired to the lighting circuit in the control box or direct wire connector to control the Slimline lights.

what's the measurements how high, when will you be posting photos.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding our 6 inch slimline light. What do you mean when you say how high? Please contact us via phone at 800-223-4185 to discuss what you are looking for in this product. This installs under the cabinet so the height measurement is relative to the cabinet height. Hope this helps!
