To override all sensor functions, set the Ultrasonic Sensitivity trimpot to the fully counterclockwise (Service) position. This bypasses the occupancy control functions of the sensor. While in Service mode, the red LED will turn on and remain on to confirm the unit is in Service mode.

If a DT-355 sensor fails, the lights remain in their current state.

The DT-355 is simply a line voltage, dual-technology occupancy sensor. You would need to contact Lutron to review their system requirements.

For Low Voltage installation, I'd recommend the DT-305 sensors, LVSW-101 switch, and BZ-150 power pack. This would require low voltage wiring from the sensor locations and switch location to the power pack. If you wanted a line voltage solution, take a look at the DT-355 sensors, but keep in mind that they won't interface with a low voltage switch.

the actual PIR and/or Ultrasonic sensors within the DT-355 are not field replaceable. If the sensor(s) have been damaged, the entire DT-355 would have to be replaced.
