I have two 3-way switches. Can I install one master wifi dimmer in one of the switch (load side) and one scene controller in the other switch (supply side)?

You can, but you'll need to reconfigure the circuits travelers. The master switch connects to the load directly which means you may need to repurpose the traveller to be a hot to the master switch since it has the two travelers to it currently. The scene controller needs an always hot, a neutral, and a ground. The scene controllers require the LC7001 hub to be present in the system to function. If you don't need a scene controller you can use an RF remote switch.

Does this connect to a light? As in replace a single existing switch? If so, how does it turn it's own light on/off? Must one of the scene buttons be assigned to it's own light?

The light would need to be connected to a master dimmer or switch and the scene controller is used to create groups or scene to multiple masters for added control. Pair with the adorne Hub(LC7001) to create smart lighting solutions for your home.
