Can I use this outlet as a miiddle of the run outlet? I am used to an outlet having 2 hot and 2 neutral connections in order to do so and this does not.

My home has neutral but no ground wiring for electrical outlets. Would these USB C charging outlets still work?

A Ground connection is required for the USB receptacle to work and to also maintain it's UL listing.

Will the Adorne plus wall plate cover work on this outlet?

Good Afternoon - Recently built a new home in greater Boston and used 12 of the dual USB C white and black receptacles.  A handful of the units plug feature works BUT the USB plugs will not.  If the power is to regular plugs, why doesn't C plug function?

Try resetting the breaker to the receptacles and that should restart the USB internal transformer. If they are still not working, contact Technical Support and they can assist with further troublwshooting or help with replacements. I'm assuming this outlet supports USB-C Power Delivery? If so does it support USB-C PD 2.0 or 3.0?  Also, it says it will output a max of 30 watts, is that 15 watts per USB-C port or 30 watts each port for a total of 60?

No, it only provides 5V output and each port can produce 15W (5V/3A); 30W total.

What is the efficiency rating of the USB outlet? Does it have overload protection? Is there a warranty?

The efficiency is greater than 90%; between 91% and 92% depending on input voltage and load current being drawn.The power supply has overload protection built in with individual overload protection for each port. Warranty information can be found on the product landing page.
