Can the short track be installed with a control box?

Are there end caps for the longer modular tracks? I didn’t find them in the box?  How are the open ends capped off?

The endcaps are packaged with all of the "hard-wired" units, which includes the control boxes, direct wire connector and the short track.

Can it be just plugs/receptacles only or does the lighting need to be connected as well?

The adorne under cabinet tracks can be installed for receptacles only. The lighting and accessories are optional.

If you connect LED Linear Light ALLNLEDTM4 to Short Modular Track, how would you control that light? How do you connect this unit to some dimmer or switch?

You would either need to connect the "lighting circuit wires" in the Short Track to a Control Box with dimmer/switch or to an external wall dimmer/switch.
