Questions & Answers

Can't play my iTunes playlist. I know about the licensing issues with Apple on this model, and would have to upgrade. Do you have a trade-in program since I spent 5k between P4300s and now they're bricks?

Asked by: Merc835
We're sorry about the trouble you're having with your player. Unfortunately, Nuvo will no longer be manufacturing any new hardware going forward. Please see the below link for more information about the closure. https://www.legrand.us/nuvo/update

When I turn on my device, the display stays full white. It had been configured before, so I can use it. Is this a problem with the display or it could be another problem like software or anything like that?

Asked by: Manuel
We have a firmware update that may be able to resolve this issue. Please email support@nuvotechnologies.com for that information. It is not a production release, however. Unless the unit is causing you an issue, we recommend waiting until that update becomes public.

I have two (2) Nuvo P4300 (15.0) running OS 2020.2.2, pushing sound to 6 total zones, and want to be able to play my iTunes playlist on any/all of the speakers.  How do I set it up?

Asked by: Merc835
We used to use the Nuvo Music Share app for this, but changes to Mac OSX and iTunes has made that software obsolete. We are working on a howto for this process. Please reach out to support@nuvotechnologies.com. Once we create the howto, we will post it on Legrand.US in the Knowledge Base.
